Shazam (Shazam's Might)

In respect of sales of Licensed Products to consumers via a website (whether by a Retailer or to a Direct Consumer), the right of the Distributor or Retailer (as applicable) to sell any Licensed Product is conditional on the notification above being made by means of a pop-up notification on such website prior to purchase by the relevant consumer.
